Personalized guidance for new families.

Opportunities to participate in service projects through Shelton Families in Action.

The Personal Development Plan is carefully designed and coordinated by our Formation Department in collaboration with school leadership. It includes:

Monthly formation sessions led by guest speakers or Shelton faculty.
Workshops, readings, and video resources to encourage continuous growth.
Follow-up in mentoring and evaluation to ensure lasting impact.
Integration with the Department of Innovation & Research, linking formation with classroom practice.
